Fit It In is pleased to provide a variety of services that accommodate your goals, budget, and lifestyle.

Private Pilates
Private Pilates Sessions are open to women only and offer undivided attention. Our first session begins with a postural assessment, conversation around your goals and movement history. From there, I will create a tailored program including a variety of modalities (Pilates, strength, and mobility) to move you toward your goals.
Book 10 sessions $650+gst

Duet Pilates
Duet Pilates Sessions include all the advantages of Private Pilates Sessions with the benefit of working out with someone. Register with your spouse or workout partner and enjoy tailored programing with accountability, and move better together.
Book 3 sessions $270+gst

Classes
In Person Classes are held in the Fit It In Studio and are open to 3 participants. Classes will use Mat, Reformer, and small props. Movements will be adapted according to ability and experience.

Mat Classes are open to 6 participants ONLINE and 3 participants IN PERSON and are ideal for those who value the convenience of working out at home or on the go. All you need is a mat and access to Google Meet. ​​

I started taking Pilates from Jen in March 2021. Since I had never done a Pilates class I wasn't too sure what to expect. I wanted to explore the ideas of core strength, body movement and flexibility. Jen is amazing! She has a very gentle teaching manner and explains the moves in easily understood terms. When I have a 'sticking point' she is able to immediately suggest a modification. We have shared some laughter, especially when learning to roll like a ball or play like a seal. The benefits have been wonderful. I feel taller after our sessions! My balance is better, and I have found a core strength I didn't know I had. I have discovered a better understanding of my muscles and movement, which has complimented my fitness training. My personal trainer has also commented on how much improved my fitness level is, and how much more flexible I am. I have had many years of doing Pilates, mostly online for the past few years and more recently with Jen. I have found Jen to be very encouraging while giving specific instructions to help correct form. Her online instruction is organized and flows well through the sessions. Welcome to Fit It In, a home studio for women to pursue their fitness goals. Together we will work towards improving alignment, strength and mobility.
Fit It In provides balanced programming that blends Mat & Reformer Pilates, strength, mobility, and postural exercises into your practice. The biomechanical principles of Pilates are connected to all the movements at Fit It In to ensure safe, effective, and intentional training sessions.

I am Jen Lamy; the founder of Fit It In. I am a Kinesiologist, CSEP-Personal Trainer, STOTT Pilates Instructor, and Post Partum Corrective Exercise Specialist. I weave my education, experience, and passion into each program and class I design. I ensure flexibility in programing to adapt movements that are suited to your body and challenge you towards your goals.

When appropriate, I will collaborate with your rehabilitation specialists to help you on your journey to feeling better. Incorporating your rehab exercises into your personalized plan will help you to regain strength, mobility, and confidence in your daily life.

At Fit It In, you will be enthusiastically greeted by a family dog, welcomed into a home shared with my husband and 2 boys, and workout in an intentionally designed private studio.
